We are in need of a skilled sales / operations management consultant that can help us identify the right CMS according to our needs to facilitate growth. We've been trying to streamline our lead funnel management from: initial lead interaction, to lead nurturing phases; through to new client onboarding / departmental delegation but face problems related to team members' individual management styles and how they use different management tools; which results in communication gaps and project stagnation.
We have outlined the process we need to implement, but need someone experienced in utilizing different CMS platforms to apply and fully utilize the features offered within the CMS. We need to consider the project management tools we currently using so we can easily sync them up and train our team on how to adopt moving forward.
We posted a job for a virtual assistant to help us organize data for existing clients so we can prepare for a simplified process moving forward. We need the experienced operations management consultant to help establish the right platform in tandem with this initiative so we don't lose momentum in our business growth.
